To Whom it may concern: Please Read this entire Email, it comes from the
heart... Before I begin this email, I would like to give you some background on
my Halloween habits to really put depth behind what I have to say. I am a VERY
Halloween oriented person, by far the greatest holiday on earth. I am a business
owner from VA, and I have been Haunted Housing for the last 14 years, its kind
of a tradition in my family. I have visited SpookyWoods haunted house every year
for the past 10 years, sometimes up to 3 times a season. I also tour up to 20
haunted houses between VA, MD, NC, SC, FL, and more, I consider this to be a
MUST every October. I consider myself to be a critic of Haunts. I have NEVER
before felt compelled to write an Email about my experience to ANY Haunt until
now. I visited SpookyWoods haunted house Last night, (Nov 7 2009), A reservation
at 10:00, one of the last groups of the evening. Having done this before with
many haunts in the past, expectations of a good experience can be low,
considering Halloween has past, and I'm sure many actors have left for the
season, and employees are ready to wrap up a long and exhausting season. NOT THE
CASE last night. I would like to applaud the cast and crew of SpookyWoods as I
have never before. My Groups experience was Breathtaking. By far the BEST
experience I have ever had in the many years of visiting the SpookyWoods haunted
house. The entire crew was amazing, down to the last detail. Simply amazing. I
especially enjoyed the Flashlight tour thru the woods, and the Green Laser Dots,
In the Hundreds of many Haunts I have visited, This was (what I feel to Be) The
most Unique and visually stimulating experience to date. Breathtaking. Being
such an experienced Haunt Tourist, I felt completely out of my Element, and
loved the challenge. Haunts today seem to contain the same structure and design,
and can sometimes be almost identical to other Haunts. Way to break the mold.
Keep this up. Again, I have never returned feedback to any Haunt before, and I
only email now because of the lasting impression Spookywoods and the entire cast
has left on my Halloween this year. Many past experiences at SpookyWoods haunted
house during peak season have been disappointing due to group sizes, rushing,
and crowding, but This years experience changes everything. I list SpookyWoods
haunted house as my Number 1 pick of haunts I will visit from now on. I can
really appreciate the time and creativity you apply every year to your stage,
and I thank every person involved for keeping the spirit until the last minutes
of the season. I will continue to Return to SpookyWoods haunted house year after
year, That I can Assure you. If Possible, Let your staff and crew read this
email, I am very sincere in writing this, Outstanding Job EVERYONE. I want
everyone to know How much their time and dedication is appreciated. -Much
