Return and Refund Policy: All
ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Privacy/Security policy:
Kersey Valley, Inc. DOES NOT sell or distribute the data we collect during
the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your
tickets, and to contact you regarding specific haunted attraction related activities.
When you place an order for tickets with Kersey Valley, Inc. you will be
transferred to a secure website. All personal information, including credit
card information, is communicated to us using encryption technology that
prevents a third party from gaining access to this information.
Shipping Method: Tickets are printed online or Will Call. You must have a printer to
redeem your tickets at home.

Inclement Weather Policy: If we are closed due to
inclement weather
your reservation tickets can be used as a general admission any day we are
open. If we are closed due to inclement weather it will be posted on this page at the top.
Online Sales: Will Call or Print at home and
bypass the ticket booth all together and go direct to the haunted house
waiting lines. Your print at home ticket will be scanned at the door.
Do not go to the ticket booth with this ticket.
Phone Sales: Same as Online Sales, except we process the order for
you.
15 Minute Reservation Tickets: Must be
purchased Online or by Phone. We will only sell a limited
number tickets in
each
15 minute time slots starting at 8PM. This insures your wait in line
to be short.
The best value is to purchase your tickets in advance to lock in your
time in line.
Tickets are not valid for resale. This is a very limited ticket, purchase
early or risk not getting it.
Onsite Tickets: All tickets purchased
onsite are first come first serve.
Groups 20+ Tickets: Discounted Tickets for buying 20 or more tickets at one time. Purchased
online or by phone.
Will Call Tickets: If you do not want to print
your advance tickets from your computer you can choose to pick them up at
the ticket booth windows marked Will Call. Bring your photo ID to
verify your tickets.
Service Fees: All advance
tickets have a service fee added at the time of purchase.
